By ordering a commission, it means you have read, agree, and accept my terms of service below:

GENERAL:

Unless asked otherwise, I will share your commission on social media and may use it in future posts to promote my commissions.
All commissions, unless agreed to prior, are for personal use. Please do not use my work commercially without prior consent.
Showing my work on stream or posting to your own profile is allowed. You don't have to credit me every time, just don't claim my work as your own.
My work is not to be used as a base or traced over.
I prefer communicating through email, my communication otherwise may be slower. I am happy to communicate through VGen, but please be understanding.
All of my work will have a small watermark or signature on it. I try to incorporate it so that it's not distracting. When I post your work to my own social media, I may add a secondary, more noticeable watermark to discourage stealing or usage in generative AI
I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.

PAYMENTS

All payments will be made through VGen. I will not begin commissions until payment has been made in full.

Custom Amiibo Cards
Digital Illustrations (bust, waist, full body)

REVISIONS

I offer revisions at the first sketch and final sketch stages, but after that I can only offer smaller fixes and adjustments. I will fix any mistakes caused by myself, but if anything is forgotten by the commissioner, then I may decline to add it later if it's too big of a change.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Do not use my art for anything related to generative AI or NFTs. Do not use my work commercially without prior discussion and consent.
For personal usage, you may use as icon, banner, share on social media, print (for personal display only), You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.
In the case of you selling your character, you may transfer ownership of whatever artwork I've drawn for you. I'd like you to also tell me if this happens so I can properly credit the owner of the character when posting online, but this is not required.

COMMUNICATION

I'm usually available for communication, but please be patient and understanding, I'm also a person. I prefer email since I can get those notifications on my phone and I'll know you're trying to get in contact with me sooner.

Payment

Payment will be done through VGen. We can discuss half payments up front and half after completion of sketch, but I will not finish the commission without full payment.

REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as me not making progress within the promised time. This is subject to my discretion, please discuss topic with me first. After I've made progress on your commission, you will not be able to receive a full refund.
